Every project runs the same way. Ownership matters. When you own the system you keep the equipment, the production and any state incentives you qualify for, and the added value is exempt from property tax in several of the states we serve. Leases and power purchase agreements can still make sense in specific situations, and we will tell you plainly when they do.
One thing worth knowing: the federal residential solar tax credit ended on December 31, 2025. Any company still advertising a 30% federal credit for a customer-owned residential system is working from outdated information. State and utility incentives vary by market, and we confirm exactly what applies at your address before you sign anything.
